Is there a protocol for using the Living Streams Product Line?
Yes and No! All the products are beneficial. All the products are needed for different reasons in the body for restoring your good health.
Use the following guidelines to determine where to start:
- If you are battling an infection and want to strengthen your immune system to fight off the infection, you can safely begin with Living Streams Probiotic.
- If you have had the infection a long time and are working with a natural health care provider, you may want to consider adding the LS Derma Gold if you are able.
- If you are not currently having health problems and want mineral support in a probiotic form, you would benefit from Living Minerals Probiotic.
- If you are concerned about parasites, the Flora PM is a good probiotic to use. Microscopic parasites respond by trying to leave the body. They do not like the unique plant mineral complex found in this blend.
- If you are concerned about heavy metals, the Zeolife with or without Chaga would be a good choice.
If I am using more than one of the probiotic formulas, what is the easiest way of taking the product?
Most people do not drink enough water to flush toxins out of the body and rebuild hydration. We are made of water and most of us are dehydrated. We recommend drinking at least 3 quarts of water (healthy water, not from tap) a day MINIMUM if you want the maximum results from taking our probiotics. People generally think that increasing the dosage of the probiotics is better, when actually drinking more water would work better for them.
Because our probiotics are completely compatible with each other, the easiest way to take them is to put them in your daily water ration. You have a continuous supply of the enzymes going through your system as you eat, take supplements, exercise and generally live your unique lifestyle. This makes it easy.
Take the probiotics out of the refrigerator, dispense into the water or water/bottles and make sure you drink all your water. What could be simpler? This also works well with children who go off to school or a babysitter. They won't even know what is in their water.
Our probiotics energize water, making it easier to increase the hydration of your cells.
What other probiotics do you recommend?
We recommend cultured foods. Our probiotics are made from specific flora. Our bodies should contain many hundreds of different beneficial flora which have been all but eradicated due to all types of stressors which we will not cover here.
You cannot go wrong by making your own cultured dairy products like yogurt, kefir, cultured butter, cheeses if you consume these. You can also culture your vegetables for salads like sauerkraut, pickled beets, apple cider vinegar etc. There are many good cultures available for making these foods and many good books available to teach you how to culture food. We do not recommend any other form of probiotic because the processing of the probiotics can weaken and kill these bacteria, leaving little benefit.
Unprocessed or raw milk from cows and goats also contains the natural flora present in these animals but can also contain pathogens so make sure the source meets safety guidelines.
Generally, vegetation freshly picked and eaten from the garden or from the trees will contain beneficial flora unless it has been killed by chemicals applied to the plant. Sprouts are a good way of introducing beneficial flora as well. You can spray our probiotic on sprouts and it will help the plants grow and discourage mold from growing on your sprouts. We recommend the Living Mineral Probiotic for this purpose.
If you want to know if there are living flora in a powered probiotic, try making yogurt or some other cultured food with it. If you want to know if your yogurt contains live cultures, try using it for a starter to make more. This is how you determine whether the claims being made about living flora are true.
Build a healthy body with healthy food, food-based supplementation and cultured foods. Keep it simple; eat it raw if you can tolerate it. Drink as much healthy water as possible.
